Order turn-around times:

Orders for Cori's books are fulfilled by the international print-on-demand company, Lulu.​​  Rather than keep large inventories of pre-printed books, Lulu handles each book order individually, AFTER it is received, ensuring a high-quality custom book printing experience.  While this process is very efficient and environmentally friendly, it can take just a bit more time before your order ships.

All printers across Lulu’s global network have a production of 3-5 business days, but your shopping cart will display the estimated production time specific to your order.

Business days are Monday - Friday, and the first printing day is the day after the order is placed. For example, an order placed on a Monday will be sent to the printer by Tuesday and is expected to print between Thursday (day 3) and the following Monday (day 5).

Order Tracking:
Lulu sends a shipment notification email to the email address entered during checkout once the books are packaged for delivery. A tracking number will be included in the email if the method chosen during checkout is traceable.
 

Order cancellations:

Cori's books are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported for customers who accidentally ordered the wrong product, the wrong finish, the wrong quantity, or simply changed their mind.  Please carefully check the details of your cart before submitting your order.

Order issues:

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, Lulu is happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify Lulu within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through their online customer support form.  Please plan to attach a digital image showing the problem with the order instead of shipping the book or package back to Lulu.
